Healthways wanted to fully express the message and imagery of health to all its employees. The space strives to inspire visitors and employees by illustrating Healthways’ values and culture. Healthways wanted unique graphical treatments to set the tone for its new space.
Unconventional spaces like elevators and conference room windows were used to convey the Healthways brand. The space created talking points on the visitor’s walk path so that Healthways employees could reflect on their company culture and how it’s manifested on a daily basis. The Cigarran Award is for the employee that most embodies the Healthways culture throughout the year. Advent used LED lighting and etched acrylic to literally put the recipient’s name in lights.
