Lance Carter
Senior Engineer //Mr. Fix It
With a gift for problem-solving, Lance works with Advent’s vendors, tech team and clients to ensure our projects meet high standards of excellence. He leads site surveys, materials inspections and feasibility assessments that turn designs on paper into reality.
Lance previously worked for a mechanical contractor as a project manager; and a heavy civil contractor as a project engineer. He holds a B.S. in Architectural Engineering from Murray State University. When he’s not on site, Lance loves traveling, flipping houses and all things outdoors. He has a secret passion for British history and architectural preservation, and a not-so-secret passion for Kentucky basketball.
