Multi-Use Districts

Advent Partners with Agora Realty to Bring a Pro-Level Experience to Youth Athletes and Families at Hylo Park in North Las Vegas

North Las Vegas, NV (October 7, 2026) — Advent, a research-driven, technology-forward storytelling agency, is partnering with Agora Realty to give young athletes and their families the kind of experience usually reserved for the pros. The collaboration comes as Agora starts construction on the third and final phase of Hylo Park, its 73-acre master planned mixed-use community in the fast-growing city of North Las Vegas.

Advent’s work centers on the Hylo Park fieldhouse. The 250,000-square-foot multi-sport indoor facility anchors the district. It will feature an NBA-caliber floor system and house the fully accredited, college-preparatory Game Changers Sports Academy. Every athlete, family and fan who comes to Hylo Park will pass through it.

Because the field house is the district’s hub, we are working closely with Agora to ensure that all visitors are engaged in a highly evolved pro sports experience, said Advent CEO John Roberson. Our team is thrilled to continue work in the Las Vegas area, and especially to bring a best-in-class experience for youth athletics.

Bringing the Pro Playbook to Youth Sports

Advent built its reputation designing immersive environments for professional franchises. The firm recently worked with the Las Vegas A’s on their Ballpark Experience Center and has completed experience centers for Tepper Sports & Entertainment, the Jacksonville Jaguars and the Cleveland Browns. At Hylo Park, Advent brings that same storytelling and technology to a new audience: young athletes, travel teams and the families who support them.

Most young athletes never feel what the pros feel when they walk into their building. Hylo Park changes that, said Roberson. “Whether a kid lives down the street or flew in for a tournament, we want them to walk into that fieldhouse and know it was built for them. Agora set that standard. We’re designing to it.

We recognized an incredible opportunity to create not just a youth sports destination for North Las Vegas but to reimagine the entire experience for local and traveling athletes, families and fans. We’re collaborating with best-in-class leaders in technology and immersive fan experiences, as well as hospitality and entertainment, to deliver something special for the city and region, said Cary Lefton, CEO, Agora Realty.

Built to Serve the Community

Hylo Park is designed for the people of North Las Vegas as much as for visiting teams. The new $375 million, 25-acre phase will be a walkable, mixed-use district with amenities that serve residents, youth and amateur athletes, visiting teams, families and spectators. Plans include outdoor public space and a community field, shops, restaurants, a family entertainment center and a 177-key Hilton Embassy Suites, alongside an existing multi-sport arena.

Community programming starts now. During construction, Agora will host interim community and tournament programming at its existing arena, which is being renovated into a pro-level, state-of-the-art, multi-sport facility.

City leaders see the district as an engine for local opportunity. “This will be a high-profile economic catalyst for the city that will enhance our local quality of life as well as provide lucrative supporting jobs,” said City of North Las Vegas Mayor Pamela Goynes-Brown.

About Hylo Park

In 2023, Agora Realty acquired 73 acres in the City of North Las Vegas that previously housed the demolished Texas Station and Fiesta Rancho casinos. The master plan includes three phases. In late 2024, Agora sold 36.5 acres to Lennar Corp. for its residential development (phase one). In July 2026, Agora completed phase two, Hylo Park South, a 90 percent occupied, 90,750-square-foot grocery-anchored retail center. The third phase, the sports and entertainment district, is set for completion in late 2027 and will host local, regional and national youth and collegiate tournaments.
