Since its inception, the Greenville Drive has evolved from a baseball team into a vital community engagement platform and a convener for the South Carolina Upstate. This corporate office space reflects a commitment to the region that extends far beyond the diamond, connecting families, businesses, and leaders year-round. Advent worked alongside the Drive leadership to translate this unique culture into a physical environment that emphasizes professionalism for visitors while fueling the creativity and energy of the front office staff. The result is a space that reinforces a simple truth: baseball is part of the fabric of this community.

Visitors and staff encounter a deep-rooted dedication to Greenville. Every detail was designed to remind stakeholders that they are part of an organization that connects the community in and out of season, serving as the connection for events and leadership in the West End.

- Collaborated with Drive leadership to distill the organization’s transition from a baseball business to a community engagement powerhouse.
- Identified “Priority Stories” that anchor the brand, from the historic textile leagues and Shoeless Joe Jackson to the modern success of Drive alumni in the World Series.
- Mapped the Persuasion Journey to ensure the space evokes personal pride, ownership, and authenticity for every staff member and visitor.

- Integrated Institutional Stories such as the Michelin Reading All-Stars and the Mauldin Miracle League, showcasing the team’s commitment to education and philanthropy.
- Celebrated Professional Excellence by displaying prestigious community awards, including the John H. Johnson President’s Award and Ballpark of the Year honors.
- Designed for Connection by embedding the “No defined season” philosophy into the office’s DNA, ensuring the space feels like the “best office building in Greenville” every day of the year.
