Adam Stephens brings a background in engineering and project management to his role as Field Installation Supervisor. A graduate of Shawnee Mission South, Adam earned his degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines, where he also played college football for three years. He is an EXPERT in team-building and has a drive for excellence and precision—qualities that define how we do what we do. 

Before joining Advent, Adam developed a strong foundation in overseeing complex projects and has now been instrumental in executing high-profile projects, including installations for the USTA, PGA Headquarters, Oregon State, University of Wyoming Welcome Center, Belmont University, and several projects with Stanford.

Adam’s approach to his work is methodical, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail and a systematic troubleshooting process that ensures successful project outcomes. His motivation comes from seeing the “wow” moment in clients’ reactions.
