The University of Maryland recently updated the northeast concourse of Byrd Stadium with some larger-than-life graphics. In a celebration of Terrapin football that spans the length of the stadium, twelve large graphic panels lining the walkway highlight the Byrd Stadium story, great players of the past, great moments in Terrapin history, and even the Testudo Statue story.
With graphics over 9’ tall and most over 20’ long. Maryland is using these large, once-empty spaces to tell their story, generate game-day excitement, and remind us why we Fear the Turtle!
