Project Management Intern

The Project Management intern will work hands-on with Advent's Project Management team and assist them in all areas. Interns will be asked to complete various tasks throughout the internship that span across all aspects of the business.


Daily assignments will vary.

  • Running errands
  • Assist with project management related tasks
  • General office tasks
  • Organizing project files
  • Setting up new projects for the Project Managers
  • Expense Reports
  • Gathering content for small projects
  • Marking up floor plans/outlining project scope
  • Process documentation for the Project Management team
  • Creating kick-off meeting client presentations
  • Tracking and reporting time usage/expenses against projects on a weekly basis
  • Booking travel  
  • Ability to solve problems on the fly
  • Basic computer knowledge (Macintosh experienced preferred)
  • Ability to be flexible with schedule
  • Need to be well organized and must have attention to detail
  • A self-starter with the ability to learn
  • Proactive not reactive
  • Mad spreadsheet skills
  • Keynote or similar
