What Are You Focusing On Post Pandemic?

Prioritizing innovation today is the key to unlocking post-crisis growth.

A lesson that so many businesses have had to learn throughout this pandemic.

Whether it's restaurants switching to providing take-out.

Or the entertainment industry having to move to an online world due to events no longer taking place in the ways that they were.

We've seen a big shift across the board.

But as a team, we're seeing jobs being put on hold temporarily, and then suddenly coming back to life.

In these scenarios, we have had to be nimble enough to be able to respond in a short amount of time.

We have to be ready, and most importantly we have to have the ability to meet deadlines even when they are tight.

Over the next couple of weeks, we are going to be reviewing our progress against the current business strategy and I thought I'd highlight just a few things we are prioritizing:

1. Readdressing our core to ensure we are continuing to meet our customer's fundamental needs.

2. Re-evaluating our innovation initiative and ensuring resources are allocated appropriately.

3. Building the foundation for post-crisis growth in order to ensure we thrive through this recovery period.

I'd love to know your plans, thoughts, and initiatives for post-crisis growth?

Is there anything specific that you're focusing on?

It's definitely a hot topic, so I look forward to hearing your thoughts...
